Working with you to meet your specific needs, our trainers will help guide you through the process of your body transformation retreat in Koh Samui.
A fitness test will be undertaken to get a gauge on the level of fitness that you currently possess, this helps our coaches in giving personal goals, training regimes, classes, and guidance. Everyone is on a body transformation process so there is no need to worry about judgement.

You are able to completely tailor your retreat on Koh Samui to exactly how you want to do it. As well as the fitness side of things, at Lamai Fitness Retreat we have fantastic accommodation on site, just a two-minute walk from the gym and all our facilities. Clean and modern rooms with air-con that are cleaned daily, or you can find your own hotel or place to stay.
We also have a café on-site which produces amazing, nutritionally balanced meals. Of course, you can eat in the many great restaurants Koh Samui has to offer but if you really want to deep dive into your body transformation retreat then meals can be delivered to your door daily or prepared for you in the café.
