I must get fit, I must get fit, I must get fit!  We hear it all the time from individuals who are desperate to transform their body, or keep up with their child playing football, or perhaps someone who just wants to look and feel a bit healthier.  A regular new year’s resolution for many – I will join a gym, or I will take up a new sport.  In fact, most people would probably succeed if they had the time to get into it…being a beginner at a new sport or fitness regime is challenging, it’s tough to try and remember all the skills or to constantly be not quite getting it right…this in turn can lead to people throwing in the towel before they turn the corner and see themselves getting good (and fit!).
